Dear Parents,
The second Covid 19 vaccine clinic will be held at Leverett on December 15th. If your child received the first Covid 19 vaccine at Leverett then he/she is eligible to receive the second vaccine at Leverett. Your child's vaccine card will come home with them in their backpack on Dec. 15th. The paperwork will be sent to you via email and must be completed and sent back to the nurse by Dec. 10th.


Congratulations to the @FayettevilleHS Theatre Department and Thespian Troupe 717 for receiving the highest rating of Superior at the Arkansas One Act Festival! They have been asked to showcase their performance at the Arkansas State Thespian Festival in February! This is the equivalent to a State Championship! Go Drama Dawgs!


Popcorn day is tomorrow, Friday, November 19th. Please send $0.50 with your student for popcorn and a drink.

Leverett Elementary is partnering with Fayetteville High School to collect Mac and Cheese and Ramen Noodles from now until November 13th. These donations will be used by our district food pantry for families in our district in need of food. Thank you!

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. On October 20th, Leverett will observe Unity Day: It is a day to show unity for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion and to send a visible message that no child should ever experience bullying. We will be wearing Orange (The Official Unity Day color) on October 20th and the class that has the most orange will win donuts that they will receive on Oct. 29th (Fall Party/Food Day). We look forward to seeing all of our Lions in Orange!

OCTOBER 14TH AT 6:00 PM
Leverett families! Please join us for our first- ever virtual International Festival. Have fun and learn about the customs and culture of other countries. Activities will include a dance lesson, cooking demo, and craft activity. We hope to see you there!


Leverett Elementary will dedicate October 11 - 22 to raising money for United Way. At the end of each week we will count how much each class has donated and the class with the most can celebrate how they and their teacher choose (Extra recess, pajama day, Stuffed Animal Day, etc.)
Week 1 (10/11-10/15): We will focus on change, we will weigh each classes donations and the class that has the most donation in weight will win!
Week 2 (10/18-10/21): We will focus on cash/total dollar amount. The class with the highest total amount will win.
In addition: The class that has the overall highest total money for week 1 and week 2 added together will win a PIZZA PARTY on Oct. 29th (Fall Party/Food Day).
