March's Harvest of the Month is brilliant BROCCOLI!
This month, students and staff will sample Bang Bang Broccoli. Its a roasted broccoli dish with a hint of spice! Broccoli is grown in Arkansas this time of year. Did you know broccoli is a member of the cabbage family? It's name originates from the Italian word "broccoli" meaning "the flowering top of cabbage"?
