October is ⭐️National Principals Month⭐️ and we are so thankful for our principals! Jennifer Fairchild, principal at Butterfield Elementary, said her favorite thing about being a principal is every single day there is something that makes you smile! Greeting kiddos in the morning is the absolute best way to start the day and it is full of smiles, hugs, and fun conversation! Seeing kids achieve academically, grow socially, and make progress toward being their best selves makes this the best job ever! And there are also pretty amazing families we get to know and those are lifelong connections!
